San Francisco 25 Stillman Street, San Francisco, CA 94107 Venue partner: Neatlogs New York City 1450 Broadway, Floor 15, Suite 103, New York, NY 10018 Hosted at Maximor Bangalore AO House, Sarjapur Hosted at AO House Tracks Participants will choose one of two tracks: Automated Agent Engineering Autonomous Office of the CFO Across both tracks, the goal is to build agents that can reason through workflows, use tools, evaluate outcomes, handle exceptions, and improve reliability over time. AO Requirement All participants must use AO while building their project. Your final submission should briefly mention how you used AO during the hackathon. We will review your demo video to see how many AO sessions you used, so make sure you use AO from the start of your build through final submission. All details and submission guidelines will be updated on this Notion page. Maximor Opportunities Top participants will be considered for internship opportunities with Maximor. Neatlogs Debugging Support Participants are encouraged to use Neatlogs to trace, debug, and improve their agents during the hackathon. It can help you understand failures, inspect agent runs, and show how your system improved over time. Track 1: Automated Agent Engineering Build a system that can design, test, and improve specialized agents for tasks it has never seen before. Given only a goal, available tools, and a way to evaluate success, your system should: Generate an agent architecture Run the agent Analyze where it fails Iteratively improve its prompts, tools, memory, or orchestration strategy Strong submissions should demonstrate this across multiple distinct domains and show measurable improvements in: Accuracy Reliability Cost Speed Prizes 1st Place Cash prize: $1,000 USD, sponsored by Maximor Credits: $1,000, provided by Dodo Payments 2nd Place Cash prize: $500 USD, sponsored by Maximor Credits: $500, provided by Dodo Payments Track 2: Autonomous Office of the CFO Build an agent that automates a real workflow handled by a company’s accounting, finance, or treasury team. Examples include: Closing the books Reconciling accounts Processing invoices Updating forecasts Preparing cash reports Gathering audit support The goal is to take over a repetitive internal finance process end to end, including exceptions and human review. This track focuses on internal finance operations, not consumer banking, trading, lending, or payment products.
